Where do the prices come from?

We collect prices from grocery stores and supermarkets in each country and refresh them regularly. Every comparison page shows the date of its last update.

Why compare identical products instead of a basket?

A basket of "similar" items mixes brands, sizes and quality. Comparing the same barcode in both countries shows the actual price difference for the same thing.

Which currency are prices shown in?

By default each price is shown in its local currency. You can switch the whole comparison to any other currency; it converts at the current exchange rate.

Can I find the cheapest supermarket in my city?
